Position Description: Mostly, I’ve been writing and attending briefings regarding various tax credit programs and small business initiatives. I’ve also been learning and performing the processes utilized by DBED to determine the jobs created by various economic development programs administered by the agency.

Interning at DBED has opened my eyes to all the career options possible in public service. Through every interaction and assignment, I’ve developed a better understanding of economic development policy and a clearer vision of where I want to be after completing my education.
