The Shriver Center is located on the main level of the Public Policy building (see map) at UMBC.  Please park in the Commons Garage at one of the meters.

Directions to UMBC

From Baltimore City and southern portion of I-695 ( Baltimore Beltway):

• Proceed south on I-95 to exit 47B, Route 166
• Follow Route 166 toward Catonsville (right fork) and follow signs to UMBC
• Once on Hilltop Circle , follow the circle till you get to Commons Drive
• Turn into Commons Drive and park in the Commons Parking Garage on your left hand side

From Washington and all points south:

• Proceed north on I-95 to exit 47B, Route 166
• Follow Route 166 toward Catonsville (left fork) and follow signs to UMBC
• Once on Hilltop Circle , follow the circle till you get to Commons Drive
• Turn into Commons Drive and park in the Commons Parking Garage on your left hand side

From I-695 ( Baltimore Beltway):

• Take exit 12B to Wilkens Avenue West then make a left onto Walker Avenue (police station will be on right). At the stop sign, turn left onto Hilltop Circle
• Follow Hilltop Circle till you get to Commons Drive
• Turn into Commons Drive and park in the Commons Parking Garage on your left hand side

Parking
Please park in the Commons Garage at one of the meters. You do not need to feed the meter as long as a hanging tag is displayed. Please obtain a hanging tag by calling our office at 410-455-2493 .
